Quotes and custom products
Website configurations are requests for review, not final orders, engineering, permit decisions, or code determinations. A custom order becomes binding only through an accepted order document with final dimensions, specifications, price, deposit, freight, and terms.
Project responsibility
The owner and project professionals are responsible for field verification, design criteria, permits, approvals, engineering, installation, inspection, and compliance. Product eligibility depends on the exact documented configuration.

Pricing and availability

Order deposits
Payments made through checkout are deposits applied to the completed order. For online-priced products, the deposit equals the full product amount shown and is collected upfront. Because products are made to order, a deposit becomes non-refundable once the order is accepted and released to production. Deposits, changes, cancellations, and returns remain subject to the accepted order document. Freight, installation, and applicable tax may be handled separately as disclosed at checkout or in the accepted order document.

The accepted quote identifies the selected system and available documentation. The project contractor or design professional must confirm the opening, pressure, substrate, anchoring, permit, and local installation requirements.
