Size and operation
Larger glass areas, operable sash, multi-panel doors, custom shapes, mulled combinations, and accessible thresholds can change both product and handling cost.
Glass and frame
Laminated versus insulating laminated glass, Low-E coatings, tints, interlayers, thermally improved frames, finish, grids, screens, and coastal hardware all affect the selected system.
Pressure and approval
The exact design pressure, impact zone, size, frame, and anchoring condition determine which tested systems are eligible. A less expensive configuration is not a substitute if it does not meet the project requirements.
Installation and freight
Product-only prices do not include every project condition. Access, floor level, crane or lift needs, demolition, substrate repair, waterproofing, permits, trim, disposal, crating, and residential delivery must be identified.

Why does the configurator not show an instant price?
The exact system, size, pressure, glass, frame, finish, freight, and installation scope must be resolved together. We review the configuration first so the price matches the opening instead of a misleading stock estimate.
